Vina Kyoei Steel Co., Ltd. was established in January 1994 between Japanese partners: Kyoei Steel Corporation, Mitsui Corporation, Marubeni-Itochu Steel Corporation and Vietnam Steel Corporation – JSC. Put into production since January 1996 and currently Vina Kyoei is producing and supplying the market with steel products: Ribbed Steel, Threaded Ribbed Steel and Joints, Plain Round Steel, Coil Steel, Equal Angle Steel and Steel Billets with a total design capacity of nearly 1 million tons / year.
Vina Kyoei Steel Factory is located in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, with an area of over 17 hectares, is one of the largest factories in the region with completely new and synchronous equipment according to modern and advanced technology of Japan. In addition, we always focus on training to improve professional skills and knowledge for officers, workers, especially young workers to meet the requirements of operation, maintenance and equipment maintenance of the company with the criteria of producing products with the best quality, competitive prices to supply the market to improve customer satisfaction and benefits.
The entire machinery system used in the steel production process is monitored by the central control room. This will help increase efficiency, while reducing power consumption and other consumption to stabilize product quality.
Currently, Vina Kyoei Steel Co., Ltd. is constantly producing high-quality products that can meet all requirements according to Vietnamese National Standards and the world’s leading quality standards. We have received the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management certificate from the AFNOR International Organization and especially the JIS Certificate issued by the Japan Quality Assurance Organization on production and quality management according to Japanese industrial standards, this is also the first unit in the steel industry to receive this certificate.
In addition to improving technological innovation and developing modern equipment, Vina Kyoei Steel Co., Ltd. always focuses on environmental protection. Typically, in the use of gas for steelmaking, we have switched from using oil to gas to reduce CO2 emissions that are harmful to the environment. In addition, we also pay great attention to the issue of taking care of the health of workers and ensuring strict safety during the production process. Vina Kyoei Steel Company has been granted ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental management and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational safety and health management.
