Frasers Property Vietnam Factory Project Groundbreaking Ceremony
On the morning of October 27, 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony of the “Frasers Property Vietnam Factory Project” took place solemnly in Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province. The program was attended by local authorities, investor Frasers Property Vietnam, general contractor SOL E&C and customers and partners of the project.

In the project “Frasers Property Vietnam Factory” in Binh Duong Industrial Park, SOL E&C was trusted by the investor to become the General Contractor for Design & Build of ready-built factories on a land area of ​​over 7.3 hectares and a construction floor area of ​​43,542 square meters.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Lim Hua Tong – General Director of Frasers Property Vietnam said: “Today’s groundbreaking ceremony marks an important milestone for Frasers Property in Vietnam. We will develop factories that meet international standards for our customers. As part of the Group’s commitment to sustainable development, Frasers Property is working closely with SOL E&C to achieve LEED Gold certification for this project as well as our future development in Vietnam.”

Responding to the trust of the Investor, Mr. Le Chi Trung – General Director of SOL E&C shared: “As a reputable General Contractor, with many years of accumulated experience and a team of solid professional staff, SOL E&C will organize and manage the project professionally, bringing safety and quality to the project.” Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, the SOL E&C Management Board immediately deployed construction plans to ensure progress and accompany the Investor to successfully complete the project, achieving the set goals.
